Our Team
Crystal, Principal and Founder
Crystal is an accomplished coach and people strategist. While they consult across many areas and facets of human resources, their specialization lies in nonprofit and small business HR. They presently serve as Vice President of Human Resources at a large foundation, they are PHR and SHRM-CP certified, and their MBA is concentrated in human resources management and training + development. Additionally, they have formal training in mediation and career coaching, and are certified in both areas. In their free time, they enjoy cycling, reading, and are on a mission to visit each of the US National Parks with their family.
As needed, Crystal will collaborate with other specialists and professionals, such as employment, labor law, and workers compensation attorneys. Other trusted human resources leaders may be brought into larger projects, through heydayHR.
