Crystal

Crystal is an experienced and approachable human resources leader and personal coach. They have worked in corporate human resources, but specialize in nonprofit and small business HR. They presently serve as Chief People Officer at a national nonprofit, they are PHR and SHRM-CP certified, and their MBA is concentrated in human resources management and training + development. Additionally, they have formal training in mediation and career coaching, and are certified in both areas. In their free time, they enjoy cycling, and are on a mission to visit each of the US National Parks.
